Hands-on experience with Kubernetes application lifecycle management and familiarity with VM technologies like VMWare/HyperV and KubeVirt or OpenShift Virtualization is highly desirable.
Experience developing automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines; working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and tools like Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions preferred.
Experienced in designing and validating complex failure and resiliency test scenarios in large-scale distributed Kubernetes and storage systems.
Capable of independently managing end-to-end product quality ownership across multiple concurrent releases with strong cross-team collaboration skills.
Comfortable mentoring engineers and driving automation/code reviews, with strategic focus on system reliability, automation scalability, and continuous integration effectiveness.
