About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain backend server-side components for high performance and responsiveness.
- Mentor junior team members by reviewing code and design to ensure high quality and well-designed software.
- Collaborate across teams to drive the development of global scale distributed SaaS applications handling petabytes of data.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building global scale distributed SaaS applications, preferably in a product company.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, C, C++, or Java on Unix/Linux or Windows platforms.
- Degree: B.Tech/E/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience with databases design, management, and optimization; familiarity with virtualization platforms like VMware vSphere/ESXi.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong engineering judgment with an AI-first mindset, effectively leveraging GenAI technologies while ensuring correctness, security, and maintainability.
- Experience working with Cloud technologies (preferably AWS) and integration at scale with third-party APIs.
- Skilled in service-oriented architecture (SoA) design and capable of end-to-end feature development and implementation.
