Oversee key strategic initiatives within Cyber Defense domain including driving AI solution development and establishing templates for development teams.
Responsible for end-to-end technology solution lifecycle management including design, modification, risk assessment, and project closure within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Manage technical staff, review and provide oversight on technical solutions across systems/applications, and ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies, and risk frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
10-15 years of experience in technology development and design.
Strong expertise in Java Tech Stack (Java, JDK, JSP, Spring Boot), Database, Mainframe, OS, Cloud, Angular, Information Security/Cyber Security.
Proficient with infrastructure technologies such as WebSphere, Tomcat, JBPM, Solace, MQ, Oracle, RHEL, NDM, Sonarcube.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing teams and driving strategic Cyber Defense and AI technology initiatives in fast paced environments.
Technically strong with hands-on knowledge spanning development, infrastructure, and security domains with ability to perform risk assessment and influence project direction.
Proven track record of delivering technical proof of concepts and driving compliance with corporate and regulatory policies in technology projects.
