Experience leading or mentoring small to sizable developer teams and able to create high-quality software design artifacts communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Adaptable to dynamic business environments and skilled across multiple technologies, including cloud-native systems, messaging (Kafka), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and observability tools.
