About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-enabled applications with scalable Java-based backend services, frontend applications using React/Angular, and integrated AI/Generative AI capabilities using Python.
- Own end-to-end solution delivery including quality assurance, CI/CD pipeline management, and operational readiness in a pod-based agile delivery model.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents into business applications, supporting production deployments and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Application Development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and Python development for AI/ML and Generative AI.
- Experience with frontend technologies like React, Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building AI-enabled applications including chatbots, AI agents, or LLM-based solutions with strong backend and frontend skills.
- Familiar with agile pod-based delivery environments with accountability for delivery outcomes and operational support.
- Skilled in automated testing, quality engineering, and managing CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment and operational readiness.
