Experienced in development and operational support of Virtual Assistant technologies and Conversational AI integrations.
Skilled in managing technical escalations and collaborating cross-functionally with IT and network teams.
Familiar with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub, ready to handle system migration and deployment plans.
