About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-quality Java and React-based software solutions adhering to architecture and design constraints.
- Integrate and critically evaluate enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity.
- Analyze large diverse datasets to identify issues and drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture, supporting continuous software enhancement.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on experience in Java, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, microservices, REST API development, and front-end technologies like React JS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools with ability to validate and refine AI outputs effectively.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years of applied experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working within large corporate environments following full Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies, including CI/CD.
- Ability to leverage AI-assisted coding tools responsibly and guide peers on secure and effective AI use in software engineering workflows.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and emerging exposure to cloud technologies such as Kubernetes and AWS, indicating a forward-looking technical skill set.
