About This Role
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex SAP projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget targets.
- Manage cross-functional teams, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications to align with project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement and compliance with SAP best practices, governance, and quality standards throughout project lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience managing full life-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Proven expertise in SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, PP) and SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience managing project budgets of INR 10+ crore and strong stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large-scale SAP projects within IT services or similar fast-paced environments involving cross-functional teams.
- Capable of handling complex resource planning, risk management, and vendor coordination within matrix organizations.
- Familiar with project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAP PM) and delivering projects with strong governance and quality compliance.
