About This Role
- Own end-to-end quality for complex AI/LLM-based products including requirements, architecture discussions, testing, release, and production validation.
- Define test strategy covering functional, API, integration, regression, performance, and NFR testing with automation and release criteria.
- Lead risk identification, mitigation, release readiness, and production support including root-cause analysis and improvement implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML/LLM-based products or projects, including understanding of Generative AI and prompt engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar for test automation and utilities.
- Experience with API testing, databases/SQL, scalable automation frameworks, and CI/CD integrations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical leader capable of independently driving quality and influencing engineering and product teams for AI-centric products.
- Experienced in defining and executing comprehensive AI system evaluation strategies covering accuracy, robustness, and edge cases.
- Comfortable working in an innovation-intensive environment building scalable test automation for AI-driven software systems.
