About This Role
- Define analytic objectives based on business needs and develop models that contribute to solutions and measure business performance.
- Prepare and perform exploratory data analysis, build and validate models, and lead model enhancements if necessary.
- Create visualizations of model insights and assist in delivering data science solutions within the supply chain domain.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science or equivalent preferred; or Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency in data science methodologies including regression, neural nets, CHAID, CART, association rules, sequence analysis, cluster analysis, text mining.
- Strong skills in analytics software such as R, Python, SAS, SQL; experience with Docker, GitHub, and coding IDEs.
- Understanding of supply chain business requirements and ability to translate them into mathematical models.

- Experience operating within supply chain business contexts to align data science objectives with real-world problems.
- Able to independently develop, validate, and enhance analytic models that directly impact business performance measurement.
- Skilled in communicating complex model insights through visualization and storytelling to facilitate business decision-making.
