Own end-to-end software license management and hardware asset lifecycle for the Europe sector within IT Infrastructure & Operations.
Develop, maintain, and enforce policies, processes, and controls for effective asset management ensuring compliance and inventory accuracy.
Support internal reconciliations, sector/global IT audits, and provide analytics to identify and resolve asset management gaps based on Key Quality Indicators (KQI).
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years experience in Hardware & Software Asset Management, particularly software compliance and licensing terms.
Experience with 'my IT Services' platform is mandatory.
Knowledge of local regulations and governmental IT asset reporting requirements for Europe sector.
Work Experience Required: 5-7 years in relevant asset management domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex, regional IT hardware and software asset inventories in a large enterprise environment.
Skilled in applying ITIL best practices to asset management and internal controls.
Capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including vendors, auditors, and internal teams, to ensure compliance and optimize IT asset utilization.
