About This Role
- Lead a team of Business Analysts to analyze and develop solutions for customer business problems within UK and European markets.
- Own the full project lifecycle including requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and ensuring fit-for-purpose delivery.
- Drive solution design discussions, produce specifications and documentation, and coordinate with offshore teams and third-party partners.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years of Business Analysis experience, with significant time in senior/leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, Lean, or hybrid delivery models.
- Domain knowledge in Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Investment Management.
- Strong SQL query writing skills and experience leading a team of Business Analysts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex transformation programs and business architecture/process transformation initiatives.
- Ability to influence senior executives and handle multiple stakeholders across geographies (UK/India).
- Skilled in translating business requirements into technical specifications and driving decisions in a multi-stakeholder environment.
