Experience with ITIL based management practices and Agile methodology.
Experienced in SAP S/4HANA with at least 2-3 full implementation or support projects across Dev/QA/Production environments.
Capable of handling upgrades, add-on installations, HANA scale-out environments, and multi-tenant database setups.
Domain experience serving Oil and Gas or Manufacturing industries, particularly in Enterprise Asset Management and Quality Management functions.
