About This Role
- Manage and support SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) solutions across global ERP scrum teams.
- Configure SAP EAM/IAM solutions to meet business requirements and resolve production issues, including troubleshooting and production support.
- Collaborate with developers to implement custom solutions, oversee deployment, and provide ad-hoc training and mentorship within an Agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science Engineering, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience supporting SAP EAM, Plant Maintenance Module, and S/4HANA, including hands-on SAP EAM configuration.
- Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA integrations (e.g., MM, FI, CO) and knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 SAP S/4HANA implementations/maintenance/support projects and familiarity with upgrades, add-ons, and HANA scale-out environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in application operations support or project implementation within SAP S/4HANA EAM and related extensions such as Utopia.
- Proven ability to work effectively in Agile teams supporting global SAP enterprise asset management functions.
- Prior exposure to Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industry SAP EAM functions is preferred but not mandatory.
