About This Role
- Provide advanced technical support and serve as escalation point for complex macOS issues including hardware, OS, applications, security tools, and network authentication.

- 2+ years experience with Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, or Workspace ONE is mandatory.
- Experience supporting macOS in an enterprise environment and advanced troubleshooting skills with macOS endpoints.
