Equity Swaps Corporate Actions (Prime Services)-Manager

Oversee and execute mandatory and voluntary corporate actions processing for Equity Swaps portfolios, ensuring accuracy across event lifecycle including capture, entitlement calculation, election processing, and settlement.

Act as escalation point and subject matter expert for complex voluntary corporate actions, liaising with Trading, Swap Operations, Stock Loan, Custody, and Risk teams to manage event impacts and resolve issues.

Manage daily and periodic controls, investigate breaks, ensure compliance with control frameworks, and support junior team members in maintaining a controlled, audit-ready environment.

8-10+ years of experience in Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing, or Investment Operations, specifically with Equity Swaps or Prime Services.

Strong front-to-back understanding of Equity Swap Operations, lifecycle events, and interactions between synthetic and physical positions.

Familiarity with corporate actions processing and asset servicing systems like NUVO, TRAIANA, DUCO, or similar platforms (preferred).

Work location: Mumbai; Work schedule includes shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST; 4 days work from office required.

Experienced in handling high-risk, complex operational areas with a focus on safeguarding economic neutrality and regulatory compliance in Equity Swaps corporate actions.

Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with front-office, middle-office, and risk teams to manage lifecycle events and resolve trade breaks or discrepancies.

Demonstrates strong investigative and problem-solving skills with ability to manage escalations and provide oversight and coaching to junior staff.
