Experience working with case management systems and supporting end-to-end payroll cycles including data validation with third-party vendors like ADP.
Strong understanding of regional tax deductions, statutory contributions, payroll compliance, and year-end audits in APAC jurisdictions.
Experienced in multinational HR shared services or payroll environments, capable of managing multiple APAC countries' payroll compliance and employee data.
Demonstrates strong data integrity, problem-solving skills, and process definition aptitude in a fast-paced, evolving, AI-enabled environment.
Effective communicator with ability to handle confidential information professionally and deliver superior employee experiences while managing competing priorities.
