Qualifications: MBA (Finance) / PG Diploma in Finance / Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience working in companies that have completed multiple funding rounds from PE or VC investors, especially Series C, D, E rounds.
Comfortable operating in structured, investor-driven financial environments collaborating directly with CFO or senior leadership.
Background in tech, startup, or growth-stage companies with experience supporting fundraising and IPO preparations.
