About This Role
- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis activities including budgeting, variance reporting, and financial modeling.
- Prepare and manage regular financial reports such as AR/AP reports, cash positions, investment valuations, and sales/cost performance.
- Collaborate closely with CFO and finance team on treasury management, board/investor reporting, and fundraising support including financial data preparation.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Business Analyst roles, preferably in venture-funded or PE-backed organizations.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, business planning, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience preparing structured management and investor reports and operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Qualifications: MBA (Finance) / PG Diploma in Finance / Chartered Accountant (CA).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in companies that have completed multiple funding rounds from PE or VC investors, especially Series C, D, E rounds.
- Comfortable operating in structured, investor-driven financial environments collaborating directly with CFO or senior leadership.
- Background in tech, startup, or growth-stage companies with experience supporting fundraising and IPO preparations.
