About This Role
- Evaluate commercial real estate investment opportunities from initial identification to post-acquisition monitoring.
- Build and maintain financial models for valuation and return analysis including IRR, equity returns, yields, sensitivity analysis.
- Coordinate due diligence, support transaction execution, and prepare investment reports for senior management decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Real Estate, Business or related discipline.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, real estate, investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate finance, credit, equity research, or valuation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.

- Experienced in end-to-end commercial real estate investment processes including underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution.
- Comfortable integrating financial analysis with market research and site evaluations to make informed investment recommendations.
- Operates effectively across multiple stakeholders and shifts seamlessly between quantitative models and qualitative asset assessments.
