About This Role
- Lead implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise observability using Dynatrace, Microsoft SCOM, ServiceNow ITOM & Event Management.
- Develop and optimize monitoring alerts, dashboards, automation scripts, and integrations to enhance alert quality, event correlation, and faster incident response.
- Partner with application, infrastructure, cloud, and support teams for onboarding, troubleshooting, operational reporting, and improving observability maturity and automation adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on skills in observability, monitoring, event management, infrastructure operations, application support, or platform engineering.
- Strong practical experience with Dynatrace and Microsoft SCOM including alert tuning, dashboards, and operational troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Event Management / ITOM for event ingestion, correlation, enrichment, and incident integration.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, REST APIs; experience with CI/CD, configuration files, and observability-as-code practices.

- Technical expert in enterprise observability platforms with deep knowledge of Dynatrace, SCOM, and ServiceNow integrations.
