About This Role
- Own business development efforts focusing on generating leads and identifying new business opportunities within SME, MSME, trading, and hospital sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, associations, and business groups to support sales and marketing objectives.
- Analyze market trends, prepare forecasts, and manage Sales & Marketing staff while coordinating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Public Relations departments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SME/MSME loans; machinery loan experience preferred.

- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in SME/MSME Loans.
