About This Role
- Lead enterprise-wide data strategy, business analytics, and process intelligence initiatives to drive data-driven decision making and business process optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.) to identify and deliver advanced analytics, process mining, and data transformation opportunities with measurable business value.
- Own delivery of analytics solutions including dashboards, KPIs, and process excellence programs while ensuring data governance and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Business Analytics, Process Intelligence, or Digital Transformation.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing analytics, business intelligence, or process intelligence teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Technical proficiency in Process Mining (Celonis preferred), Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and Azure Platform.
