4+ years minimum experience with ServiceNow IRM and expertise in related testing tools (ADO, Jira, ServiceNow ATF, Bugzilla).
Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
Experienced in agile testing methodologies with strong skills in test lifecycle management and defect tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams on ServiceNow IRM functional and regression testing within large, complex organizations, ideally global financial institutions.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or GRC certification and exposure to automation/testing tools like Selenium, Java, Playwright, and CI/CD pipelines.
