About This Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including leading intake meetings and evaluating candidate profiles against position requirements.
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Partner with hiring leaders on offer details, leveraging market data and compensation guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Experience in recruiting within corporate, RPO, or agency settings with demonstrated success.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
- Work location: Gurugram, India; Contract duration: 6 months; Language: English.
