About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, inventory, 3PL operations, and customer service across multiple warehouses and distribution centers.
- Own operational performance metrics (SLA, KPI, OTIF, productivity, quality, cost), drive cost optimization and process improvements with accountability for regional P&L and large-scale manpower and vendor management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma), technology adoption, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while managing vendor contracts and customer relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–15 years of strong experience in supply chain operations, including significant exposure to 3PL and third-party contract logistics environments.
- Experience managing large-scale operations including multiple warehouses/DCs, logistics partners, and transportation networks.
- Proven experience in budget management, cost optimization, and operational leadership within supply chain/logistics.
- Work Experience Required: 12–15 years in supply chain operations with 3PL exposure.
