About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, distribution, inventory management, and 3PL operations.
- Own Region P&L, operational performance (SLA, KPI, OTIF, productivity, quality, cost), and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, and automation.
- Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure compliance and safety standards, and lead a team of supply chain and operations professionals.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–15 years of strong experience in supply chain operations, notably in 3PL and contract logistics environments.
- Experience managing multiple warehouses/distribution centers, logistics partners, and large teams.
- Proven expertise in supply chain operational metrics and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Work Experience Required: 12–15 years in supply chain operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader comfortable with large-scale, multi-location operations and managing complex P&L responsibility.
- Strategic and operationally hands-on with a strong background in driving cost optimization and process improvements in logistics and warehousing.
- Demonstrated capability in vendor management, contractual negotiation, and fostering strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
