About This Role
- Drive day-to-day execution of client onboarding programs by coordinating multiple technical and business work streams.
- Maintain overall program plan including milestones, owners, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure aligned and timely delivery.
- Prepare status reports and ensure go-live readiness by tracking key milestones and driving timely actions across cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management, PMO, delivery management, or technology implementation.
- Experience in enterprise software, IT services, consulting, or client implementation environments.
- Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, and project management tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced program manager with strong stakeholder and risk management skills in complex, multi-workstream projects.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle including integrations, APIs, data, development, and QA processes.
- Exposure to healthcare domain (payer, TPA, PBM, Medicare, Dental, Vision) is advantageous but not mandatory.
