Ability to work Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) hours (approx. 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM IST).
Comfortable independently managing moderately complex payroll and compliance issues with minimal supervision.
Experienced collaborating with government agencies such as ATO, IRD, IRAS, CPF Board, and Ministry of Manpower.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality documentation, SOP maintenance, and operational process improvements.
