About This Role
- Own and lead complex, customer-facing banking technology transformation programs from mobilization through implementation and go-live.
- Act as a trusted delivery partner to senior client stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into executable transformation roadmaps.
- Manage global Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, and Consulting teams, including program economics, governance, scope, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-16 years of experience with significant ownership of complex enterprise or banking transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge and experience in banking/BFSI domain and enterprise SaaS delivery (Agile, SDLC).
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs and executive-level communication/stakeholder management.
- Work Mode: Hybrid in Trivandrum (3 days in office).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background from Big 4 or leading consulting firms with banking transformation experience, or senior roles in banking technology/product companies or high-growth enterprise SaaS organizations.
- Demonstrated commercial and financial discipline with excellent problem structuring and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders without hierarchical authority and leading large, complex transformation programs.
