About This Role
- Own and lead the end-to-end product roadmap for Identity and Access Management (IAM), focusing on enterprise authentication features to secure Appian platform connections.
- Partner with Engineering to build and enhance authentication capabilities supporting protocols like SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, and federated identity.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and customer discovery to deliver secure, scalable IAM features that meet zero trust requirements and accelerate enterprise adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
- 4+ years as a Technical Product Manager managing products in identity and access management or related areas.
- Strong technical proficiency with authentication protocols including SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, and federated identity frameworks.
- Work onsite at Appian's Chennai office 5 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in enterprise IAM products and authentication/authorization technologies, able to translate complex protocols into practical platform features.
- Experienced in collaborating closely with engineering, security, sales, and customer success teams in a product leadership capacity.
- Comfortable working in highly regulated, security-conscious enterprise environments with zero trust architectures.
