About This Role
- Lead day-to-day operational support for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Finance applications ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
- Manage incident lifecycle including Major Incident and escalation management, coordinating cross-functional teams and communication with business stakeholders.
- Drive service performance monitoring, audit compliance, team leadership, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of IT Application Support experience with 3-5 years in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Application Support team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurement, and Purchasing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or TOPdesk and managing global production support operations.
