About This Role
- Architect, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices for multiple products with end-to-end ownership of one product’s backend.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, data engineers, and product managers to build secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems supporting data and AI platforms.
- Lead backend architecture design, CI/CD setup, deployments, and iterative improvements post-pilot launch.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of hands-on backend engineering or full-stack development experience in production-grade systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java with experience in frameworks like Django, FastAPI, Express.js, or Spring Boot.
- Experience with microservices architecture, databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD, and security best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong engineering ownership with ability to lead backend architecture end-to-end in a fast-paced product environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally in product teams involving front-end, data, and product management to deliver integrated solutions.
- Familiarity with data analytics or AI-driven systems preferred to align with company’s focus on analytics and AI platforms.
