About This Role
- Drive and support Global Enterprise Productivity and Efficiency (EP&E) Lean programs focused on process optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and data analytics to identify pain points and recommend fact-based solutions.
- Manage project milestones, progress reports, and collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic problem statements and solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in bank services.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% based on business requirements.

- Experience or exposure to Lean Methodology and strategic problem-solving in financial services.
