About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain production-grade native Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and MVVM/Clean Architecture.
- Own the full Android app lifecycle including multi-module management, Gradle configuration, and Play Store release management.
- Optimize app performance, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate cross-functionally with backend, QA, product, and DevOps teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on native Android development experience.
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and MVVM/Clean Architecture.
- Experience with dependency injection frameworks (Hilt, Dagger, or Koin), REST API integration (Retrofit/Ktor), and Android Gradle build system.
- Practical experience in Play Store release management and production-grade app deployment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable, modular, and high-performance Android applications with clean code.
- Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and modern Android development practices is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable leading technical decisions and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
