Experience with application profiling, performance analysis, log and trace analysis, and diagnosing concurrency, latency, resource contention, or scalability issues.
Demonstrates deep technical curiosity to understand software systems beyond black-box testing and can reason about product architecture and workflows.
Strong analytic mindset with persistence to challenge assumptions and validate hypotheses systematically when troubleshooting complex software problems.
Effective communicator who collaborates with developers to identify root causes and takes ownership of complex investigations end-to-end.
