About This Role
- Lead and deliver moderately complex technical initiatives and projects, providing guidance to less experienced staff.

Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent through work experience, training, or education.
- Experience in Java Web Application Development with frameworks like Spring (Core, MVC, Batch), Hibernate, and databases like SQL & Oracle.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore or Hyderabad as per organizational In-Office/Return to Office requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not stated as mandatory).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Prime Brokerage, capital markets, or investment banking domain to effectively handle domain-related complexities.
- Proficient with Java 8+ ecosystem, including multi-threading, Spring framework, RESTful APIs, and related DevOps tools (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD).
- Capable of leading moderately complex projects, technical design, and driving technology modernizations, with familiarity in microservices, cloud platforms, and real-time data processing technologies (Kafka/Redis).
