About This Role
- Lead complex blockchain and software engineering initiatives including design, development, testing, and implementation of applications and system components.
- Ensure operational efficiency and risk management through system monitoring and compliance adherence across blockchain platform domains.
- Mentor and lead engineering teams; collaborate with stakeholders and production support to achieve technical objectives and resolve critical platform issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 5+ years hands-on experience with private blockchain platforms including Cosmos SDK, CometBFT, and IBC Protocol.
- Experience with blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, Solana) and smart contract development in Go and Rust.
- Hands-on experience with private/public cloud environments (PCF/OCP, GCP) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).

- Experienced leader in blockchain software engineering with deep technical expertise in distributed systems, cryptography, and consensus algorithms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex software development projects and lead cross-functional teams to meet compliance and risk management requirements.
- Strong background in agile methodologies, site reliability engineering (SRE), and application performance monitoring for high-availability blockchain systems.
