About This Role
- Manage and implement data quality measurement programs supporting regulatory requirements like CCAR and AML for the US retail consumer bank region.
- Design, test, and validate data quality rules; publish monthly/quarterly data quality scorecards and executive summary reports for senior management.
- Identify data quality issues, root cause analysis, and follow-up with stakeholders for resolution as per SLA; support audit processes by providing data evidence on control gaps and policy breaches.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience delivering data quality solutions with at least 1 year in the banking industry.
- Proficiency in SAS and SQL; strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Educational qualification: MBA/Mathematics/IT/Computer Applications/Engineering from a premier institute; postgraduate degree preferred in relevant fields such as Computer Science or Mathematics.
- Good understanding of data definitions, data quality framework, data governance, and preferably data warehouse knowledge and finance regulations.

- Skilled in analytical methodologies, data visualization, trend identification, and deriving actionable business insights.
