Experienced in owning platform reliability and observability end-to-end across cloud and application ecosystems.
Proficient in building self-service platform capabilities and automation to reduce operational toil and improve developer experience.
Skilled at troubleshooting complex production issues using observability data, incident management, and continuous improvement in regulated or large-scale environments.
