About This Role
- Own and architect the systems and integration testing strategy across polyglot systems (C++, Java, Python) ensuring validation across service and process boundaries.
- Design, build, and maintain the Python/pytest test automation framework, leveraging AI-assisted tools like Claude to enhance development and maintenance.
- Act as a client-facing consultant to diagnose quality gaps, influence stakeholders, and define the quality engineering roadmap including embedding tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years as a Test Architect, Principal SDET, or senior test engineering leader with proven leadership in systems/integration testing strategy for complex, polyglot distributed systems.
- Strong hands-on Python development skills with deep expertise in pytest framework for building and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Comfortable reading and ideally writing C++ and Java alongside Python.
- Open to work from Pune or Bengaluru location.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and evolve testing strategy across complex, distributed, polyglot systems involving multiple programming languages.
- Experienced in acting as a client-facing consultant influencing senior technical stakeholders to shape strategic test roadmaps.
