About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise backend applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Lead technical design, implementation, and troubleshooting of medium to large-sized software features and enhancements with a focus on performance, security, and engineering best practices.
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, CI/CD, AI-assisted development, mentoring, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of application development experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, multithreading, concurrency, SQL/RDBMS, and cloud fundamentals.
- Experience with solution design, code reviews, performance tuning, production support, and mentoring developers.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical lead comfortable independently driving medium to large development initiatives and mentoring others.
- Strong background in backend Java development with expertise in concurrency, distributed systems, and cloud-native engineering.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and modern practices like Context Engineering to enhance development productivity.
