Build, operate, and improve Socure’s production infrastructure on AWS, with emphasis on reliability and scalability.
Manage Kubernetes/EKS applications, infrastructure automation using Terraform, and CI/CD/GitOps workflows.
Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, root cause analysis, and contribute to SLIs/SLOs and reliability metrics.
Minimum Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or related roles.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes (EKS preferred), and Linux networking fundamentals.
Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and GitOps tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD), and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus).
Ability to automate operational tasks using Python, Go, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operating and improving cloud-native infrastructure with a strong focus on site reliability and system scalability.
Skilled in end-to-end incident management including monitoring, alerting, and root cause analysis in production environments.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with application, platform, and security engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency and uptime.
