Experienced in operating and improving cloud-native infrastructure with a strong focus on site reliability and system scalability.
Skilled in end-to-end incident management including monitoring, alerting, and root cause analysis in production environments.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with application, platform, and security engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency and uptime.
