About This Role
- Define and maintain the enterprise platform vision, strategy, and governance models for ServiceNow to ensure scalability and alignment with business goals.
- Provide architectural guidance and facilitate governance forums to enforce platform standards and consistent decision making across teams and partners.
- Anticipate, mitigate technical risks like scalability and performance issues, and influence adoption of best practices and feedback to product teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution strategy, and program leadership.
- Proven executive-level engagement to influence platform direction and business outcomes.
- Experience in integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving processes.
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification or equivalent governance/architecture certifications preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced program-level architect skilled at guiding multiple teams towards a unified platform vision and governance framework.
- Strong background in platform strategy, integration patterns, and enterprise-scale, multi-workflow architectures.
- Proven ability to operate as a trusted advisor engaging cross-functionally with CxO, enterprise architects, and platform teams in complex delivery environments requiring up to 50% travel.
