About This Role
- Define and maintain platform vision, strategy, and governance aligned to enterprise IT and business objectives for ServiceNow.
- Provide architectural guidance and establish governance frameworks to ensure platform scalability, risk mitigation, and consistent standards across all delivery teams.
- Engage with CxO, enterprise architects, and platform teams to influence technical decisions and drive adoption of best practices across a multi-team program, with up to 50% annual travel.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture, solution strategy, and program leadership.
- Experience engaging at executive level to influence platform direction and business outcomes.
- Proven expertise in defining enterprise-scale architectures and governance models, including platform strategy and integration patterns.
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or similar architecture/governance certifications strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a program-level architect guiding multiple teams toward a unified platform vision.
- Experience in strategically integrating AI into workflows, decision making, or problem solving within enterprise environments.
- Established credibility as a trusted advisor at executive levels with a focus on enterprise platform strategy and sustainable technical governance.
