About This Role
- Support development, customization, and enhancement of Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and declarative tools.
- Perform Salesforce administrative tasks including user setup, permission management, report/dashboard maintenance, and data quality activities.
- Collaborate with teams to implement features, resolve defects, support integrations, and maintain documentation within Agile workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in software development, CRM platforms, or enterprise application support.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development/customization and Salesforce Certification.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model and principals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working on Salesforce platforms including Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, and declarative features.
- Familiarity with Salesforce administration, security, and integration concepts such as REST/SOAP APIs.
- Comfortable contributing in Agile delivery environments with strong problem-solving skills and desire to grow within Salesforce ecosystem.
