About This Role
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services and microservices in Java to support high-volume claim resolution workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Implement and manage cloud-based solutions on AWS ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability of healthcare-related backend applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into maintainable technical solutions, including API development and service integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of software engineering experience with backend development, distributed systems, or related application development.
- Proficient in Java and experienced in building and maintaining production backend applications and microservices.
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud application deployment and RESTful API integration with distributed systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in service-based architectures and building scalable microservices to support complex business workflows in healthcare technology.
- Comfortable operating in an Agile, cross-functional team environment with a focus on software quality, testing, debugging, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
- Able to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and contribute to system stability while balancing reliability and evolving business needs in distributed backend systems.
