About This Role
- Lead product strategy and vision for Amazon's Selection Monitoring to improve customer experience and selection quality.
- Define product requirements and roadmaps balancing customer experience, performance, and operational support.
- Collaborate with engineering teams using agile methodologies to deliver scalable products and analyze market/industry trends for innovation opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience owning and driving product roadmap strategy and feature delivery with tradeoff management.
- Experience managing technical products or online services and contributing to technical discussions.
- Experience representing diverse stakeholders in executive-level prioritization and planning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of launching impactful consumer products and leading high-performance teams.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with deep product management and software development process knowledge (including agile).
- Highly analytical with experience in data-driven decision-making and managing tradeoffs between customer experience and operational efficiency.
