About This Role
- Lead client engagements independently, managing global teams and ensuring successful analytics project delivery.
- Oversee design and architecture of analytics and reporting platforms, recommending appropriate database, ETL, and visualization tools.
- Provide consultation on analytics-driven business strategies, using advanced statistics and machine learning, while mentoring a team of consultants.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus with strong academic record.
- Minimum 8+ years in analytics delivery and management consulting with experience in ETL, BI, Data Quality, and Data Analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, standard analytics tools (e.g., R, Mathematica, Python) and data analytics platforms (Knime, Tableau).
- Strong client management and engagement skills with experience using project management tools like Microsoft Project.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading client-facing analytics projects with global teams, comfortable in independent and leadership roles.
- Strong technical background in data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and analytic tool architecture design.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder communications and risk, with a hands-on execution approach and mentoring experience.
