About This Role
- Own end-to-end technical development lifecycle for one core product including architecture, design, implementation, pilot, and production phases.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers while defining technical roadmaps aligned with long-term product vision.
- Drive scalable microservices, APIs, cloud deployment, CI/CD, and oversee pilot builds and MVP launches to ensure timely delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years of software engineering experience with minimum 3 years in lead or architect role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java with experience in relevant frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Express.js, Spring Boot).
- Experience with microservices architecture, API design, distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
