About This Role
- Own end-to-end product design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery for multiple Saarthee products.
- Develop and maintain a unified design system ensuring visual and functional consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and backend teams to translate complex data insights into intuitive, scalable user experiences.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in product design, UI/UX design, or interaction design, preferably in tech or analytics-driven environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer.
- Work Experience Required: 4-7 years

- Experience in tech or analytics-driven product environments with ability to handle multiple products and balance long-term strategy with pilot-level agility.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to implement design solutions effectively.
